These terms govern your use of the kp66 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm your agreement with all conditions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kp66 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kp66 website located at kp66.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through it. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to registered members, guests browsing the site, and any individual who places a wager or participates in a promotional offer.
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. kp66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with kp66 or otherwise prohibited from accessing the Platform.
- You must be acting on your own behalf, for personal recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
kp66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by kp66 may result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.
Account Registration and Security
To access real-money games and betting markets on kp66, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on kp66. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number at registration. This number will be used for account verification, OTP delivery, and payment processing.
- KYC identity verification is mandatory. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have deposit and withdrawal functionality restricted.
- Account sharing — permitting any third party to access, operate, or place wagers using your account credentials — is strictly forbidden.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp66 login credentials, including your password. kp66 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify kp66 support immediately and change your password without delay.
kp66 shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own negligence, including but not limited to sharing your password, failing to log out from a shared device, or responding to phishing communications.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the kp66 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). kp66 does not accept foreign currencies and does not process payments through international card networks. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank direct transfer.
- Deposits are credited to your kp66 account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. kp66 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider or bank.
- kp66 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the account level, particularly where a player has activated responsible gaming controls or where kp66's risk management systems flag unusual deposit activity.
- Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the player's own name will be rejected and returned to the originating account. Third-party funding of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the kp66 account. kp66 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.
- kp66 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 or where the account has not previously completed a withdrawal.
- Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a review process before withdrawal is approved. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
kp66 is not responsible for any delays in funds reaching your mobile wallet or bank account once the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the kp66 side. Any such delays are attributable solely to your payment provider.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
kp66 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers, are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified for each offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated after the expiry date.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on kp66 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
- kp66 bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts, shared devices, or shared network connections will be treated as bonus abuse.
- kp66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying activity completed prior to cancellation will be honoured.
- Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings may be capped as specified in the individual promotion terms.
kp66 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation, or any conduct designed to circumvent the intent of the promotional terms. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, the affected account may be suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the kp66 Platform operate in accordance with the rules established by their respective software providers. kp66 does not independently programme or alter game mechanics; outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable, or by the live dealer and their equipment for live casino titles.
- Players must familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. kp66 provides access to game-specific rules and paytable information within the game interface.
- The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any technological aid designed to give a player an unfair advantage over other players or over the house is strictly prohibited.
- kp66 monitors game activity for patterns consistent with collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing in sports betting, or any other form of coordinated dishonest play. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately suspended.
- In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, kp66 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly using available game logs and provider records. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player.
Sports betting odds are set by kp66's pricing team and third-party data providers. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the event commencing. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. kp66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds caused by a data feed error or human error, provided the error was evident and the odds materially deviated from the true market price.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kp66 Platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any financial crime or fraud.
- Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities.
- Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of welcome offers, referral schemes, or reload bonuses through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated group activity.
- Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to mask your true location.
- Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward kp66 staff, customer support representatives, or other players through any communication channel.
kp66 employs real-time monitoring and transaction analysis systems to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, kp66 may freeze account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an internal investigation before reaching a determination. Players have the right to provide evidence in their defence during an investigation.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All such intellectual property rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the kp66 Platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of kp66. Unauthorised use of kp66 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp66 expressly excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss.
- Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings arising from technical faults, game malfunctions, or server interruptions beyond kp66's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether kp66 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
- Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content provided on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- Losses arising from the suspension, termination, or modification of your account where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.
Amendments, Severability and Governing Law
kp66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, kp66 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kp66 Platform that cannot be resolved through kp66's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. kp66 encourages players to raise any concern directly with the support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
